Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to issue refunds, accept returns or exchange products due to a change of mind or other reasons. Except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by us, all sales are final.
The Beauty Prism reserves the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges, including if the return is a potential health or safety risk, violates or abuses the return policy, or involves any fraudulent activity.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 working hours, along with photos (damaged box not included as it does not affect the quality of products inside).
We will review and arrange for your items to be returned once approved. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the items are available a new order will be delivered if unavailable, we will proceed with the refund.
SHIPPING
We deliver Nationwide. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Cost may vary depending on the weight of shipments and the location of delivery.
Shipping Policies
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Excludes Public Holidays.
- All orders are subject to approval. We will contact you if needed.
- Please note we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or products provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has shipped out from our facilities.
- Shipping Fees are nonrefundable. This applies for returns and any failed delivery from the carrier.
